Almond Tree Care's aim is two-fold:
Firstly, we will create rounds in a specific area, covering towns and villages in a small vicinity.
Secondly, we will recruit from those areas so that carers are not travelling far to reach the service users.
Almond Tree Care gives back to local communities by providing excellent quality, bespoke care and employing carers from their local area.
Our customers are those who because of increasing age, disability or illness, find it difficult to cope with their own personal care needs, domestic responsibilities or require other support at home and in their local community.
Our objective is to deliver service user centered personal care and support that allow the service user to live independently, safely and with dignity in their own home for as long as they wish. Through skilled, trained and competent staff, Almond Tree Care provides personal care and support in a flexible way, recognising each person's unique social, emotional and cultural requirements.
